Photography and Videography: AFDIF regularly employs photography and videography services to capture events for documentation and future marketing purposes. When attending an AFDIF event, attendees may be photographed, and AFDIF reserves the right to use all photography for promotional purposes.
Late Arrivals:
Latecomers may not be admitted to a session, and tickets may be resold to a standby queue. No exchanges or refunds are available if patrons arrive late to a session.
Right of Admission:
AFDIF reserves the right to deny admission to any festival-managed venues. All individuals seeking entry to an event or session must have a valid ticket, regardless of age.
Lost Tickets:
If you lose your tickets, they can be reprinted from your account.
