Program Overview:
Our Horse & Farm Day Program provides a unique blend of horsemanship, liberty basics, animal care, mindfulness activities, and adventure-based fun for children aged 6-12. This program aims to offer an enriching, and unforgettable holiday experience whilst learning new skills.

Eligibility:

The program is designed for children aged 6-12.
Participants must be able to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines.
Registration and Payment:

Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure a spot.
Payment methods accepted include credit card, debit card, and bank transfer.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the start of the program will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between 7-14 days prior to the start of the program will receive a 50% refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the program start date.
In the event of program cancellation by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
Health and Safety:

All participants are required to submit a completed health and emergency contact form prior to the start of the program.
Children with specific medical conditions or allergies must notify the program staff in advance.
Safety gear, including helmets, will be provided and must be worn at all times during horse-related activities.
Program staff are trained in basic first aid and emergency procedures.
Behavior and Conduct:

Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards peers, staff, and animals at all times.
Bullying, aggressive behavior, or failure to follow staff instructions will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the program without a refund.
Liability:

By enrolling in the program, parents/guardians acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with horse handling and farm activities.
The program organizers are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property during the program.

Photography and Media Release:

Photos and videos may be taken during the program for promotional purposes.
By registering, parents/guardians grant permission for their children to be photographed or filmed, with the understanding that these images may be used in marketing materials, social media, and other promotional platforms.
