Refund Policy

If you decide to cancel your Tasmanian Dance Expo ticket before March 1st, 2025, you will receive a 50% refund of the purchase price for any ticket type.

However, for cancellations occurring after March 1st, 2025, no refunds will be provided for any type of purchased ticket.

In the event of a cancellation due to COVID-19, your tickets will automatically be transferred to our Tasmanian Dance Expo event in 2026. Please note that the date change is at the discretion of the Directors. Additionally, there will be no refunds for any patron who contracts COVID-19 during or before the event.

Change Policy

For any required ticket changes, such as name or age division, these changes will be subject to the discretion of the directors or committee members. A nominal charge of $10 may apply for these changes. Reach out to us at tickets@tasmaniandanceexpo.com for assistance with ticket modifications.

Please be aware that starting from March 1st, 2025, we will not accept any cancellations, changes, or refunds.

All participants engaged in the Workshops and dance competition must agree to the following terms:

By purchasing these tickets, you grant Tasmanian Dance Expo and its sponsors/supporters the authorization to use all images, promotional materials, photographs, and video footage captured during the weekend event on May 17th & 18th, 2025, in Perth, Western Australia, at the Newman College Performing Arts Centre.

It is essential to understand that Tasmanian Dance Expo, along with all affiliated instructors, volunteers, committee members, and Newman College/Staff, holds no liability for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur while attending the weekend event on May 17th & 18th, 2025, in Perth, Western Australia, at the Newman College Performing Arts Centre. Your participation implies acknowledgment and acceptance of these conditions.
