All patrons attending the UWA Music Students' Society Ball are responsible for their own actions and behaviour throughout the event. Any damages caused to the venue, property, or equipment as a result of negligent, reckless, or intentional actions by a patron, including but not limited to damage from spills, stains, breakages, or bodily fluids, shall be the sole responsibility of the individual(s) involved.
Patrons agree to cover the full cost of repair, cleaning, or replacement for any such damages. The UWA Music Students' Society shall not be held liable for any damages incurred by patrons during the event. Failure to comply with this clause may result in additional charges and possible exclusion from future events.
By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, patrons acknowledge and accept these terms.

By purchasing a ticket and attending the UWA Music Students' Society Ball, all patrons acknowledge and agree that photography and videography may be conducted during the event. The designated photographers or videographers may capture images and recordings of patrons, which may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and marketing materials.
If a patron does not wish to be photographed or recorded, it is their responsibility to inform the event organisers in advance. However, the organisers cannot guarantee that any patron will not be included in group shots or background images.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
