* TICKETING: Entry to the farm is by pre-booked tickets only and valid for the selected date and session time. We can change your booking date if given 3 days notice only.
* REFUNDS given only for exceptional circumstances with notification at least 3 days prior to the date. No refunds within 3 days however you would be welcome to reschedule for another date depending on availability.
* We are sorry but biosecurity risks mean no pets are allowed under any circumstances except service dogs with prior notice. No outside food to be brought onto the farm please. No smoking on the property due to a high fire risk.
* RURAL PROPERTY: You accept the risk of visiting a working rural property with possible hazards such as ants/spiders/snakes/prickly weeds, unfenced dams, and lots of bees. We highly recommend you come prepared by wearing closed in shoes like sneakers and have sun protection like hats. All children must be supervised by you at all times and individuals with particular allergies must bring medication. We have a First Aid Kit for minor ailments only. All care will be taken with your safety however we cannot accept liability for any injury that occurs during your visit.
* VISITOR PHOTOGRAPHY: Photography (still and video only, drones not allowed) is permitted for private, non-commercial use only. Photographs cannot be published, sold, reproduced, transferred, distributed, or otherwise commercially exploited in any manner whatsoever without written consent by Blue Mountains Lavender. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to withhold and/or withdraw permission to photograph on our property or to reproduce photographs of our property.
