I agree to be bound by the Racing Rules of the International Sailing Federation and all other rules that govern the event. I acknowledge that Rule 4 (Decision of Race) places me solely responsible for deciding whether or not to start or to continue racing. I further acknowledge and agree that in consideration of the MPASC 2023 Phil Johnston Memorial 14ft Catamaran Regatta Notice of race, Clause 10 (Disclaimer) that my participation is entirely at my own risk. I acknowledge that I have insurance cover of a level sufficient to cover my racing activities.
