Classes need minimum enrolments to run, and we may adjust or cancel if numbers are too low. If this happens, start dates may be delayed, and students will be notified. Full refunds are given for cancelled classes.
No refunds for missed classes.
To withdraw, notice is required 7 business days before the class starts. Refunds are as follows:
- More than 3 days before: 80%
- Less than 3 days: 50%
- Less than 24 hours: no refund, fees still apply.
If a class is cancelled at short notice, we'll try to schedule a make-up, but it’s not guaranteed.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
