Just a few things to know
- Eat light within 1- 2 hours beforehand
- Avoid any drugs, alcohol or stimulants and energy drinks within 24 hours
- You will need a pillow and blanket - mats are provided.

These Breath work Journeys are intended as a personal and developmental growth experience and should not be looked upon as a substitute for psychotherapy. Breath work can involve dramatic experiences accompanied by potential strong emotional and physical release of suppressed emotions.
Before participating in any longer breath work journeys offered here, it is crucial to be aware of certain health conditions that may require advice from a medical professional. If you have any of the following, please consult your health care professional for advice before participating:
Severe asthma or other severe lung issues, severe cardiovascular problems, glaucoma, severe uncontrolled hypertension, a diagnosis of bipolar, schizophrenia or severe psychosis, recent surgery or fractures, acute infectious illness, epilepsy, seizures or aneurysms or if you are on any heavy medications. If you are pregnant, this journey is not advised for you.
