We look forward to seeing you at our new Light the Sky Festival 2024. As the event is growing we want to make sure the event is a fun night for everyone. Please read these terms for the event:

Tickets:
Please remember to bring your tickets (hard copy or on your mobile) as they will be scanned at our check in area on the 18th Green which will open from 7pm.
Sometimes your plans change, if you need to cancel your tickets, refunds can be requested up to 48 hours prior to the event.

Checking In:
Please note there is no BYO food or alcohol allowed and bags will be checked on arrival. We will have local food van options for you at the event. You will be provided a wristband once checked in - this wristband must be worn whilst attending this event. Anyone found without a wristband will be asked to leave.
This is an 18+ event only. No minors are permitted to attend this event. Identification checks will be conducted of any ticketholder who appears to be under the age of 25 years old.

You will be limited to 4 drinks in one purchase from the bar.
Please note: These restrictions are are in line with our Liquor Licensing requirements.

Buses on the night:
If you would like to order the courtesy bus on the night please book by calling reception on 03 5481 3333.
To help get people to and from the event we will run a FREE bus which will loop from Rich River to Murray Esplanade in Echuca to Sound Shell in Moama and back to the Club throughout the night, picking up and dropping off guests.
