RISKS OF FARM AND LEISURE ACTIVITIES
Yanalla Farms is a working farm. All visitors enter at their own risk. Vehicles must park in the designated parking area. NO PETS ALLOWED ON FARM. Under the Biosecurity Act 2015, there is a general obligation on people to be aware of their surroundings and take action to prevent the introduction and spread of pests, diseases, weeds and contaminants.

CONDUCT
Visitors agree to follow all instructions and safety advice given by Yanalla Farms owners, employees, partners and volunteers. Children MUST be supervised at all times. Farm machinery and equipment is dangerous and must not be touched/climbed on without permission. Caution must be taken when walking around the farm, due to uneven surfaces.

MEDICAL CONSENT
In the event of injury, accident and/or illness during any farm and leisure activities, if deemed advisable, visitors may receive medical treatment.

OTHER PERMISSIONS
During farm and leisure activities, visitors may be photographed and photos, videos, or film likeness be used for any legitimate purpose by Yanalla Farms.
