All retreats require a non-refundable deposit to be paid upon booking.

Deposit is non-refundable and cannot be transferred either to another course or individual.

Full Payment is required four (4) weeks prior to the retreat commencement date. It is your responsibility to arrange this final payment with us by either paying over the phone, 0422 572 001 or direct bank transfer with your name, course code HWL Example: Mary Smith HWL

If you are unable to attend your retreat for any reason, please notify Earth Therapies as soon as possible.

2. Full or part payment – This course cost minus the deposit may be transferred to another course, only if your position on the course can be filled by someone else. It is advisable to notify us as soon as possible to increase the likelihood of us finding a replacement.
