Chinchilla Polocrosse Club Inc - Melon Fest Camping Agreement must be completed on arrival at our grounds.

* Camping is at our club grounds which is NOT a commercial caravan park.
* Powered sites will require at least 1 x 30 meter extension lead and in some cases 2. Please be aware that power will be supplied via mains supply & generator and not all power points are 15AMP. There could be occasional interruptions to power during perk periods.
* Watering points are not available at each site, however there are a number of hose taps located throughout the camping area for your use.
* We have adequate toilet and shower facilities ( 4 separate amenity blocks)
* Dump Point available.
* The camping will be managed by volunteers from the Chinchilla Polocrosse Club, no bullying or abuse will be tolerated.
* Refunds for cancellation will not be accepted after Friday, 7th February 2025.
* Camping Agreement will be emailed through prior to our event. This will be required upon grounds entry.

The Chinchilla Polocrosse Club takes all care but no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items belonging to campers or injury to his/her person arising from the use of our camping facility.
