LIABILITY WAIVER AGREEMENT

I wish to participate in the KR group ceremony session offered by Titin Mubarokah. As a precondition to participating in the activity, I have read the following Release Agreement and agree to its terms.

The ceremonies, while conducted with care, are not without risk, which I accept. In turn, I fully indemnify Titin Mubarokah on a solicitor and client basis against all liabilities, damages, and costs arising from the session. This includes, but is not limited to, liabilities arising from any cause such as negligence, contract, statute (including the Civil Liability Act 2002), tort, or common law for any injury, death, loss, property damage, or expense arising out of or sustained by me during my participation in this KR Ceremony session offered by Titin Mubarokah.

I agree that Titin Mubarokah is not responsible for any loss, damage, unauthorized use, theft, or injury resulting from or to any personal property that I bring onto the premises. I also confirm that my health is sufficient, with no illness, injury, or ailments that would prevent my participation in this Ceremony in a safe manner without risk to myself or others.

I recognize that this Agreement and Release and Waiver is a legal instrument and is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by Australian law. Titin’s liability, in the aggregate, is limited to the refund of the fees paid for this KR Ceremony.

I acknowledge that by accepting this document, I am waiving certain legal rights, including the right to sue, and I sign it of my own free will, assuming all aspects of the risks involved.

PHOTO/VIDEO RECORDING POLICY
I acknowledge that photos, videos, and audio recordings may be taken during the event for legitimate promotional purposes and to be shared on social media. I understand that if I do not inform Titin in advance, via email, that I do not wish to be recorded, my participation in the event will imply my consent to being recorded.

CANCELLATION POLICY
I accept that no refunds will be issued. I acknowledge that Titin may offer me the possibility to attend another session, at her discretion, as long as the session is not sold out.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
