Doors open at 6:00pm, student presentations commence at 6:45pm.
NOTE that table seating will not be offered, there will be general non allocated seating.

A light supper will be provided after the presentation, with an opportunity for socialising and photos.
Each participant is allocated 4 guests at $40 per ticket, extra tickets may be available depending on the final number of participants. Note: Graduates attend free of charge.

Alcohol, smoking and vaping are not permitted at this venue.
