By participating in WITH-ME activities, you acknowledge the inherent risks, including potential injury or death. You agree to waive any legal claims against WITH-ME for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from your participation. It's essential to communicate any physical or psychological concerns before engaging in these activities.

Code of Conduct
All participants must maintain a respectful and supportive environment, avoiding behaviour that could harm others physically or emotionally.

Media Release
WITH-ME may capture photos, videos, or audio during events. These materials may be used for promotional or informational purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please inform the organisers in writing. However, incidental appearances in media are not guaranteed to be avoided.

Waiver Compliance

Payment Terms
In case of event cancellations due to rain, your payment will automatically be applied to the next available session at no extra cost. You will also get early access to book.

By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
