Fair Warning

1.Relaxation is compulsory.
2.Minors can only attend with an adult guardian
3.It is extremely likely you will be hanging out with some top class people.
4.Please buy at least 3 items from bands over the weekend. Preferably different ones.
5.All purchases are non refundable except for tragic personal circumstances. We will be real humans about this. We cant refund tickets if you've changed your mind. The whole industry needs you to pre commit and stick with it. We understand things change, however it is super tough for us too coming back from so far to put this on for you.
6. $10 parking charge per car payable at gate
7. Simply please leave your campsite clean like you found it. No body likes having to pick up after people. FRL people know how to look after each other and the land.

PARKING
Absolutely no parking in the National Park - that is any where outside the Bilyana property. All vehicles must be parked at the off site car park or have a Bilyana car parking permit. To be clear for the new chums, you cannot stay in or near your car at this festival.
We have to be very strict with this. It has been a growing problem over the years and the good people at Parks Vic are pretty much over cars parking all over the place.. Please see web site for the exceptions to this rule.

There will be adequate shuttle buses from the car park to Bilyana.
Pedestrians must use the creek track and NOT walk on the road

FIRES
The entire festival site and camping grounds have a TOTAL FIRE BAN.

PETS
Please do not bring your animals, even if they are THE BEST BEHAVED ANIMAL IN THE WORLD AS CERTIFIED BY NASA, WHO, RSPCA, YOUR MUM, GUINNESS BOOK OF RECORDS AND STEVE IRWIN

GLASS
DO NOT BRING GLASS
Bilyana is covered by rocks and broken glass is a real bugger for everyone. Sliced foot or ruptured artery anyone?

BOOZE
OUR LICENSE DOES NOT ALLOW FOR ANY ONE TO BRING BOOZE.

TO BE REALLY CLEAR - IF LOCAL COPS FIND YOU WITH BYO BOOZE, OR SEE EMPTY DRINK CONTAINERS WE DIDNT SELL YOU, THEY CAN GO YOU, AND VERY MUCH GO US. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT WALK AROUND WITH BOOZE IN CANS OR BOTTLES.

To say it again - please please do not bring any booze onto the property as WE DO NOT ALLOW BYO


The event will have a licensed bar. You will not be allowed onto the shuttle bus with any BOOZE.

One last time - NO BYO booze.

NO DRUGS, EGOS, BAD ATTITUDES

FRL is a multi faceted gathering. We are a festival, a party, a fundraiser. We aim to raise money for community initiatives that include supporting people, planet and culture - community, arts and environment.
Bands play for the good times, and apart from catering and transport costs rely on you buying merch and CDS. So please consider handing over some bucks for some great band stuff. FRL does not take any money for CD sales so get in there and buy up big.

Volunteers - with out vollies we'd be up the creek without a paddle. Please be nice to them. Please also consider jumping in to help even you have bought a ticket.

FESTIVAL MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REMOVE ANY PERSONS FROM THE FESTIVAL FOR BREACHING ANY CONDITIONS AS WELL AS THE RIGHT TO REMOVE PEOPLE FOR REASONS NOT STATED HERE INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO OFFENSIVE BEHAVIOUR.
