Coronet Bay Run/Walk Terms and Conditions


All participants must obey regular road rules when crossing over roads ensuring the safety of themselves and others.

All participants must remain on the event track at all times.

All participants must respect other participants

All participants are to respect and reserve the natural habitat of Coronet Bay and it’s surrounds.

The organisers reserve the right to cancel the event without notice should they consider this necessary for safety reasons.

The organisers reserve the right to reject or cancel any entry at any time.

No refunds of entry fees unless event is cancelled by organisers.

Only paying participants are allowed on fun run/walk course.

The only vehicles permitted on event site are that of Emergency and officials.

The organisers reserve the right to alter without notice any of the Race Rules which govern the event.

No Alcohol is permitted at anytime.

This is a smoke free environment. Smoking is not permitted on the track at anytime.

Coronet Bay FUN RUN/WALK DECLARATION


DECLARATION, WAIVER AND RELEASE: In consideration of, and as a condition of acceptance of my entry in the Coronet Bay Fun Run/Walk event, I declare and agree that:


1. I am physically fit and able to complete this event. I am not aware of any medical conditions or any other reason as to why I should not participate in this event, and I agree to withdraw myself from the event should any condition be made aware to me, both prior or during the event.

2. I release and indemnify all those entities and persons associated with the operation of the Coronet Bay Fun Run Walk event in any way, from and against any claims of any kind including personal injury, death or property damage, however caused (including negligence) and arising out of my participating in the event.

3. I consent to photographs and electronic images being taken during and after the event and acknowledge that these images remain property of the Coronet Bay Combined Community Group. The organisers or any of its sponsors or groups or individuals associated with the event may use such images for promotional or other purposes without further consent being necessary.

4. I consent to receiving medical treatment during or immediately after the event if unable to provide consent at the time such treatment is deemed required.

5. I agree to comply with all rules, regulations and instructions relating to the event.

6. I agree to receiving mailings (email or post) from event organisers and sponsors.For information about this event, please contact the "Event Organiser".

7. I confirm that that the information provided on registration is true and correct
