TERMS & CONDITIONS
• All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Height restrictions apply on all rides. Armbands do not give a person right of way over height restrictions.
• Any persons misbehaving or not following rules of behaviour / conduct will have their armband removed and not refunded.
• By your participation, you accept the inherent risks of possible injury or harm associated with the amusement rides and/or attractions at Fishers Ghost Carnival and the inherent risks associated with any activity on site. You should consider this participation in a responsible manner and with good judgement, particularly if you have a health or medical condition, are pregnant or other physical limitations. Joyland Amusements Pty Limited will not be liable for any personal injury or loss where negligence cannot be attributed to the owners and operators.
• No alcohol or glassware permitted into the carnival.
• Due to safety or operational requirements, physical restrictions and / or clothing or accessory restrictions may apply on some rides and attractions.
• Restrictions or limitations on access to the rides and attractions may be imposed at any time.
• You may be evicted from Fishers Ghost Carnival for inappropriate behaviour.
• You may be refused entry or be evicted if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
• We may close rides and attractions and / or the carnival on a permanent or temporary basis due to inclement weather, safety, refurbishment, maintenance, acts of God, or other reasons.
• In the event of inclement weather, and the carnival closes for safety reasons, unlimited ride passes will be transferred to a later date.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
