SOUND HEALING TERMS & CONDITIONS
In this Sound Healing session, the facilitator/s will use sound healing techniques involving sound and vibration. This is to transition the mind from the standard beta waking state to a higher consciousness with alpha or theta brain waves. This allows the participants to be in a healing state that realigns the vibrational alignment to enhance the participants overall health & wellbeing.

As a part of the ticket Terms & Conditions, You, the participant and ticket holder, confirm by reading the Sound Healing Terms & Conditions, Contradictions and Refund policy, you acknowledge that you have carefully and thoroughly read and understand the disclosure and shall not now or anytime in the future bring any legal action against Padma Energy, Angela Black and any of its practitioners or anyone serving/ supporting the event, its volunteers, employees, affiliates, associated space where sound healing is conducted, in case of any personal injury or damage.
As a part of the ticket Terms & Conditions, You, the participant and ticket holder, confirm by reading this you herby release any businesses & organisations associated with this event from any and all liabilities, negligence or other claims arising out of or in any way connected with your participation in the event.
By purchasing this ticket, with your financial investment, you agree that you are legally bound to all the Terms & Conditions statements and will take full responsibility of the outcomes, you accept these terms and agree you are attending at your own free will. You ensure as the participant and ticket holder, that you ensure you are fit, well and able to participate in the gathering, understanding all the contraindications and safety requirements and will disclose anything listed as a requirement of purchasing your ticket.

Safety is of the upmost importance. Padma Energy and all its facilitators are not licensed health professionals. If you have any concerns prior to participating in this Sound healing session, please consult a licensed health professional. We (Padma Energy) do not diagnose or prescribe substances or perform medical treatments. We do not interfere with treatments you may be receiving from a qualified physician or other licensed medical professional. The services Padma Energy offers, is considered complementary to any traditional western medical practices. Please consult your licensed health professional regarding your suitability for this session.

The following contraindications will require you, the ticketholder/ participant, to consult your licensed medical professional prior to the session to determine if this session is suitable for you. Where listed, a doctor’s certificate is required to attend, provided prior to the event via email to: padmaenergy@outlook.com

• High blood pressure
• Hyperventilation
• Hypo-ventilation
• Hypoxia
• Detached retina
• Recent injury or fracture or surgery
• Severe asthma – there will be strong scents and smoke from palo santo, sage and other natural herbs and medicines to support the process from an energetic standpoint. If smells affect you, this session might not be the right one for you.
• Diabetes
• Pregnancy – you will require a doctor’s certificate to approve the breathwork session, as it is not recommended for pregnancy persons.
• Hyperacusis or any sensitivity to sound – Please note that part of the session may involve placing vibrational objects on or near the body. These provide some high or very low-pitched sounds. As the participant, if you believe these sounds may cause discomfort, injury or pain, this session might not be the right one for you.

Due to the nature of Breathwork there are certain contradictions that will stop you from being able to attend ☹
You, the ticketholder/participant, will be unable to attend this session if you have:
• Diagnosed severe PTSD
• Severe mental health conditions (bipolar, schizophrenia, psychosis)
• Epilepsy
• History of seizures
• History of aneurisms
• Cardiovascular problems or Heart conditions such as cardiac arrhythmia (including very slow heart rate or a history of heart block.

RELEASE AND INDEMNITY TO PADMA ENERGY
As the ticket holder and participant:
I agree that Angela Black, Padma Energy or any of their associated businesses or the premises in which the event is held is not responsible for any loss of or damage to personal belongings/ property.
I agree that in the event I am injured or my property is lost/damaged, I will bring no claim, legal or otherwise, against Angela Black, Padma Energy or any of their associated businesses or the premises in which the event is held.
I understand and accept that I participate in the event and activities at my sole risk and responsibility.
I, the ticket holder/ participant agree to release and discharge Padma Energy, Angela Black and all of its affiliates, representatives and associates of any and all claims, causes of action of judgements that may arise out of the events listed above and agree I voluntarily forfeit or waive any rights that I may otherwise have to bring in legal action against Padma Energy, Angela Black for personal injury or property damage.

DRINK & FOODS REQUIREMENTS
Padma Energy (Angela Black) will not cater for food allergies unless notified in writing at least 5 business days prior to the event.
There may be times when participating in events with Cacao for example, where your allergies may not be catered for, and you can choose not to participate in that activity or event.
As the ticket holder/ participant, you release and forever discharge Padma Energy (Angela Black) from any claim, demands, losses, damages, penalties, proceedings, compensation, costs, charges, expenses and liabilities, which arise from, or are in any way connected with a Food Allergy.

As the ticket holder/ participant, you consent to the recording and perpetual use of your voice, image or likeness in any form or medium, including as part of any broadcast, or recording of the Event or Webinar and for any other commercial purposes (including advertising and promotional materials) without compensation.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please note that no refunds are available after purchasing this ticket/s. You may transfer your ticket to someone else by emailing myself with their details and cc them into the email. The same contraindication and Terms & Conditions will apply to whomever you transfer this ticket too. I will need to contact them so I’m able to prepare and support them for the session.
If you wish to transfer your ticket, this must be actioned and emailed to me at least 48hours prior to the event date and time.
