By purchasing a ticket you agree to all below conditions of the camp and consents.

All bookings are non-refundable.

I consent to this young person taking part in all activities provided by CCSRA.

I confirm I have responsibility for this young person and to the best of my knowledge, he/she is physically fit to undertake these activities.

I understand that appropriate photographs and video footage will be taken at the event and I consent to their use in CCSRA promotional material.

I consent to this young person being transported by car/minibus to, from and/or during the event.

In an emergency, I consent to this young person receiving necessary hospital treatment, including transport by ambulance at my cost if deemed necessary, and anaesthetic.

I give consent for this young person to receive plasters and common over-the-counter medicines, such as paracetamol, ibuprofen and antihistamine medication, under the recommendation of the medical team.

Campers can be sent home for sickness or behavioural issues. Parents or Guardians will need to pickup the camper from the site at their own expense.
