Cancellation and Refunds
By registering and paying for the Impro For Improvisors course the participant agrees to the following Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Cancellation by Participant
If a participant wishes to cancel the following conditions apply.
A notification of cancellation must be made in writing to pattistiles@mac.com
Up to 15-21 days prior 75% will be refunded.
8-14 days prior 50% of the course fee will be refunded.
Fewer than 7 days prior to the course commencement date, the course fee is non-refundable.

Cancellation by Patti Stiles
Patti Stiles reserves the right to cancel any course that does not meet the minimum enrolment numbers, and to cancel any course in the event of exceptional circumstances. Any change or cancellation will be made in writing to all course participants as soon as possible.
Where cancellation occurs a full refund of the course fees will be issued.
