By purchasing a ticket, you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.

To register for breakout sessions, each ticket purchase will need to provide an email account and mobile phone number. Ticket holders will need an email account and mobile phone number (2 factor identification) to download the Cvent app and register for SBP Toowoomba. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to notify the event organiser for change of email address or supply an email address when 1 person’s email account has been used for multiple ticket purchases.

Returns & Refunds
A full refund or credit may be offered by SBP to the purchaser of a ticket to the conference, subject to the following
terms:
1. The refund is requested in writing, 14 days or more before the event in question is to be held; and
2. Your order has been fully paid.

Keynote & Workshops
Although we will strive to ensure that event information, including all plans, timings, along with details of keynotes &
workshops, are accurately described on our website and/or via other communication mediums, all details remain subject
to change and we do not warrant the accuracy of the information provided. In the event that we become aware of an
issue, change or omission related to SBP, we reserve the right to publish an update and/or correction on our site as we
deem necessary.

Personal Property
Attendees are responsible for any and all personal property they have brought to the SBP conference. The SBP
conference, its organisers, and the school at which the conference will be held, are not responsible for any damage to,
loss, or theft of any personal property.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
