In the event of accident/illness, I authorise the Weekend Away leadership team to consent, where it is impractical to speak with me, to x-ray examination, anaesthetic, medical, surgical or hospital treatment as may be deemed necessary by a licensed physician and/or surgeon. I also authorise to engage such treatment and agree to pay the appropriate fees for such service and treatment.

I agree not to bring alcohol or drugs onto the campsite premises and to not drink in excess offsite.

I understand that I may be asked to leave the camp due to illness, injury, or if, in the opinion of the Weekend Away Director, non-cooperation of any description or the inability to meet the rigours and requirements of the camp activities.

I will not attend the camp if I have Covid-19 symptoms and/or will immediately alert the leadership team if develop Covid-19 symptoms during the camp.
