Arrival will be via Gate 1. Parking in staff carpark. There is a short walk down to the oval so if you have a trolley, this is a good opportunity to use it!
You are very welcome to bring a couple of drinks to enjoy with other dads in the evening, but please remember the focus of this event is to connect with our kids. Children cannot be left unsupervised during the selected movie.
If arriving prior to lunchtime on Saturday, you may wish to bring a packed lunch or you can venture out to purchase lunch after setting up your campsite from facilities at nearby Whitfords shops. You are very welcome to set up and then return later for commencement of activities.
For safety reasons we are unable to accommodate caravans or camper trailers for this event.
The campout will include a number of events (none of which are mandatory):
- Supervised activity for the kids whilst the dads have a quick chat about being awesome
- Dads vs Kids Capture the Flag
- Movie (Suitable for all ages)
- Free casual sports activities (frisbee/kick to kick football/soccer/cricket/etc)
