Terms and Conditions

Ticketing

1. This ticket is proof of purchase for bus travel and must be presented to the driver / McHarry’s staff at the time of boarding your inbound bus or as requested.
2. This ticket is non-transferable and only one ticket is valid per ticket purchased.
3. Any tampering with tickets for the purpose of falsifying travel will be treated as a criminal offence.
4. This ticket has been created and managed using the Try Booking site and is also subject to the Terms and Conditions of Try Booking.
5. Tickets cannot be on-sold by any means at a price greater than the purchase price of the ticket. Scalped tickets may be cancelled, and the ticket holder denied entry.
6. As the operator of this bus shuttle service, McHarry’s Buslines is solely responsible for all issues relating to the sale of tickets. If you have any questions regarding this event, please contact McHarry’s Buslines on info@mcharrys.com.au or 0352232111.
7. Any data collected through the ticketing process will be used strictly in accordance with the Privacy of Information Act.

Refunds

8. There will be no refunds if you have failed to meet the buses as per the scheduled timetable. no refunds will be provided within 24 hours prior to the start of the event, Refunds will not be accepted after the event.
9. If the event is cancelled more than 24 hrs prior to gate opening times due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund less Try Bookings administration fee will be issued to all patrons.
10. Refunds in any other situation will solely be at the discretion of McHarry’s Buslines.

Refusal of Travel

11. McHarry’s Buslines reserves the right to refuse entry onto our buses.
12. Any persons who are noisy, intoxicated, threatening or behaving in an anti-social manner will not be allowed to board or asked to leave the vehicle.
