No refunds will be offered for the following circumstances
Change of mind, you no longer wish to attend
You did not enjoy the Event, performance or venue, you arrived late or did not attend

Where possible, and at the sole discretion of the event organisers, tickets may be able to be swapped to another performance date/time. In this instance the ‘new’ tickets are not guaranteed to be in the same location as the original tickets purchased

No photography or filming of any kind is permitted once the performance has commenced

We ask that you please have your phones on silent for the duration of the performance
