a. The QSMEE Inc. provides train rides at the Pine Valley Miniature Railway for those who have made and paid for a visit. The QSMEE Inc. is the "Event Organiser".

b. Refunds are not available so please book carefully. Only if circumstances beyond the control of the Event Organiser require the Running Day to be cancelled, OR, if the Running Day is terminated with less than 2 (two) hours of operation, will refunds or a change of date be offered.

c. It is a condition of entry to the Pine Valley Miniature Railway that you read and accept our Rules of Entry. These can be found on the "Visit-Us" page of our website.
