In consideration of your accepting this entry for the above event, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, and for the minors for whom I am entering, accept the water course as it stands with any defects both hidden and exposed, I understand that for any and all person’s entered or connected therewith, hereby release and forever discharge WAWA, TWSA, TWSV and the Geelong Water Ski Club Inc., their agents, servants and all persons associated with this tournament from any and all rights, claims, demands and actions whatsoever, that we may have for any and all loss damage or injury sustained by us or our equipment, for the minor for whom I am entering or by his/her equipment, before during or other the said event.
