Returns Policy

This ticket is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE. This means, no refunds will be provided for any of the following reasons:
1. Late arrivals. No refunds will be provided for arriving late, transport delays/issues, or missing the cruise departure. 2. Personal circumstances or scheduling conflicts. For example, if you purchased a ticket but have another commitment that day, or encounter an unforeseen circumstance, tickets remain non-refundable. 3. Change of mind: No refunds will be issued if you change your mind and no longer decide to attend. 4. Early docking. In the event that the cruise must dock early for any reason or emergency, no refunds will be provided. 5. Weather-related conditions: No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions. The event will proceed unless otherwise announced or advised by the cruise company (OzParty).
In the unlikely even that the cruise is cancelled for any reason by OzParty (external to the UOW Psychology Society) all attendees will be offered a full refund. If the even is being postponed or rescheduled, guests can choose to repurchase a ticket afterwards.
The UOW Psychology Society, UOW UniClubs and UOW are separate entities to OzParty and will not be held liable, for any decisions made by OzParty out of our control, which may or may not impact attendees.
