1.4. Once tickets are purchased, a confirmation email will be sent with details about your event and ticket. Please ensure that your email address is accurate and up to date.
**2. Payment and Pricing**
2.1. All ticket prices are listed in AUD and include applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated.
2.2. Online payment for tickets must be made in full at the time of purchase.
2.3 Cash payment may be accepted, please contact the event organiser.
**3. Ticket Delivery**
3.1. Tickets will be delivered electronically to the email address provided at the time of purchase. If you prefer physical tickets, please arrange own printing.
3.2. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the email address and shipping details provided.
3.3. Lost or stolen tickets may be replaced upon request, but a processing fee may apply.
**4. Ticket Refunds and Exchanges**
4.1. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for tickets, except in the event of a performance cancellation or rescheduling.
4.2. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, you will be notified by email, and a refund or exchange will be offered.
4.3. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your tickets to another person by providing them with your ticket information.
4.4. Refunds or exchanges will not be granted for missed performances, regardless of the reason.

5.1. Zomby’s Theatre Group reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or change the venue of any event due to unforeseen circumstances.
5.2. In the event of a cancellation or major change, a full refund or the option to exchange tickets for another performance will be provided.
5.3. Zomby’s Theatre Group is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other related costs incurred due to a cancelled or rescheduled event.
**6. Admission Policy**
6.1. Tickets must be presented at the door for admission to the event.
6.2. Latecomers may be asked to wait until an appropriate break in the performance to be seated.
6.3. Certain events may have age restrictions or require a valid ID for entry. Please check the event details for any specific requirements.
6.4. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any individual who is disruptive, intoxicated, or otherwise in violation of our code of conduct.
**7. Code of Conduct**
7.1. Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and in accordance with Zomby’s Theatre Group’s policies.
7.2. Disruptive behavior, including but not limited to excessive talking, use of mobile phones, or other distractions, will not be tolerated.
7.3. We reserve the right to remove any individual from the premises without refund if they fail to adhere to our code of conduct.

8.1. By purchasing tickets, you agree that Zomby’s Theatre Group is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the event, except in cases where liability is imposed by law.
8.2. Zomby’s Theatre Group is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged during the event.

9.1. We respect your privacy and will handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9.2. By purchasing tickets, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
