OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS

A.   DEPOSIT

Your deposit of $400 (for solo bookings) and $800 (for twin share / double) is non-refundable from the time of booking.

B.   BALANCE OF PAYMENT

Soon after booking you will receive a confirmation email, which will include account details to transfer the balance of payment. The balance can be paid anytime until 10 May, 2025. If balance of payment is not received by the required date and you have not told us why, we reserve the right to resell your place and your deposit will be forfeited. To avoid this, just keep in touch with us! Email Tim at timoddie@bigpond.com and explain your situation so that we can assist you and find a solution together. 

C.   ONLINE EVENT REGISTRATION FORM

Once balance of payment is received, you will receive a link to register for this retreat, which will ask for relevant contact details, emergency contact, medical declaration, dietary considerations etc. Please complete this registration form as soon as possible after receiving it. Note, information in this registration is required for us to book transport and communicate dietary needs to the resort.

D.   CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check in is available from 2pm on 3/8/25.
Check out is at 1.30pm on 9/8/25.

E.   CANCELATION POLICY

If WE (the retreat organiser) cancel the retreat, you will receive a full refund (including your deposit).

If YOU (the participant) have to cancel your booking you will need to send your cancelation request to timoddie@bigpond.com.

For requests received:

ON OR BEFORE 10 MAY 2025
No charge other than the non-refundable deposit will apply.

BETWEEN 11 MAY - 3 JULY 2025
You will be charged an admin fee of 30% of total amount paid.

BETWEEN 4 JULY - 3 AUGUST 2025 (retreat state date)
Your entire booking at this stage is non-refundable.

F.    TRAVEL & CANCELATION INSURANCE

It is mandatory that you have travel insurance for this retreat to ensure you have access to appropriate medical treatment, including medical evac. to Australia if necessary. We also suggest that your policy include cancellation cover. Please refer to our refund policy. We will ask for the name of your travel insurance provider and policy number in our online registration form, which you will receive a link to soon after balance of payment is made.

G.   EVENT DOCUMENTATION

We will be visually documenting this event for future promotional use. Please let us know if this is a problem.
