INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

1.1. The event, it’s content and materials, including graphs, images, slides and any other supporting materials, are Intellectual Property of The Energy Factory Pty Ltd and remain, the intellectual property of The Energy Factory Pty Ltd whether adapted, written for or customised for the Client or not.
1.2. You are not authorised to:
(i) copy, modify, reproduce, re-publish, sub-licence, sell, upload, broadcast, post, transmit or distribute any of the Events content and materials without prior written permission;
(ii) use the event's content and materials in the provision of any other course or training;
(iii) remove any copyright or other notice of The Energy Factory Pty Ltd on the Event's content and materials;
1.3. You may not use our name or logos or trademarks or any other content on any website of yours or that of any other person.
1.4. Should you breach any of the above listed clauses, we will take legal action.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
