Tickets are non-refundable and ticket prices subject to change without notice. All prices are in Australian Dollars.

It is a requirement of entry to the venue that you produce a physical (i.e hard copy) and valid (i.e not expired) proof of identity and age document. Acceptable forms of proof of identity and age documents are a physical Australian driver’s licence, physical Australian or foreign passport and physical Australian proof of age photo card. Failure to produce an acceptable proof of identity and age document will mean that you will be refused entry. Digital documents and expired documents might not be accepted and you will be refused entry. You will not be refunded if you are refused entry for failure to produce an acceptable and valid proof of age and identity document.

While performers may be advertised on social media, they may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. You will not be refunded for change of performers due to unforeseen circumstances.

The event organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to any individual or group or to remove any individual or group from the venue. No ticket refund will be provided to any individual or group refused entry or removed from the venue.

This event is restricted to persons aged 18 years and over. Valid identification (current Australian Drivers Licence, Passport or Proof of Age Card) must be able to be provided to enter the venue. Any individual or group unable to produce valid identification will be refused entry and no ticket refund will be provided.

The event organisers and the venue management reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any drunk individual or group. No ticket refund will be provided to any individual or group refused entry or removed from the venue due to drunkenness.

Dress code for the event is smart casual. The event organisers and venue management reserve the right to apply discretion in maintaining these dress standards and may refuse entry or service to, or remove from the venue, any individual or group where they do not meet the required standard of dress or are wearing unacceptable dress. No ticket refund will be provided to any individual or group refused entry or removed from the venue due to not meeting the required standard of dress or wearing unacceptable dress.

The following dress is unacceptable in the venue:

• Untidy, torn or soiled clothing or footwear, not including fashionably ripped jeans, where the torn fabric is not excessive
• Active wear, including gym or board shorts, sports shoes/joggers
• Footwear deemed not suitable such as rubber thongs, crocs, slides, Ugg boots, hard toed work boots
• Clothing, accessories or visible body markings with lewd or offensive design or wording
• Clothing, accessories or visible body markings bearing patches, logos or insignia which indicate membership of, or association with, any gang
• Headgear covering a guest’s face such as a helmet, mask, bandana or beanie not including headwear for religious or medical reasons

Please note that photographs and video footage will be taken throughout the DorDor event, including by camera drone. These will be used by the event organisers and venue management for marketing or promotional purposes, on their website and in social media or in any third party publication. By entering this event site, you agree to being filmed or photographed which may be used for marketing or promotional purposes.
