By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.

All ticket sales are final and Ellison String Studio guarantees that your child will receive the best violin tuition that we can provide.


REFUND POLICY:
In the event of being unable to attend due to an emergency, or being unable to play the violin due to a broken wrist/arm, then a full credit (minus administration costs) to a future holiday program or camp is provided as long as we are notified of the cancellation and a medical certificate or doctors note is provided to us. Please contact Ellison String Studio by email (ellisonstringstudio@gmail.com) as soon as possible if your child is unable to attend the camp.

Please note that once the camp has commenced we are unable to offer refunds.



UNABLE TO PLAY THE VIOLIN
In the event that your child breaks a wrist, elbow or arm, and is unable to play the violin for this camp, then with providing a doctors certificate, we will happily credit your fee towards a future music event with our school.



SICKNESS
In the event that your child has any covid/cold/flu symptoms, then please stay home to get better so we do not infect other people. Please email me at ellisonstringstudio@gmail.com and we will organise for your child to still participate over zoom if they can, or we can organise a partial credit for the days they miss, as they may be able to join in person later in the week. Communicate with us and we will work out a solution.



LUNCH/NUT FREE POLICY
Please note that you will need to bring your own lunch and snacks in a clearly named lunch box or bag (lunch should not consist of any nuts or nut products). Please bring your own drink bottle each day. Ellison String Studio has a nut free policy for participants at all camps and programs.



IF THE CAMP CANNOT RUN
If this camp cannot run due to circumstances outside our control, the following process applies:

Ellison String Studio will provide a full store credit for future use. Please note that Ellison String Studio credits never expire and can be used at any future programs.

In addition, credits can be transferred to siblings, friends and family at full redemption value.
