The School requires a commitment from students so that there is certainty in the nominations to Sports Association for Adelaide Schools and SA Catholic Secondary School Girls’ Sports Association as teams must be organised prior to commencement. Teams can only be nominated if there is sufficient registrations received. The sports fee is used to supplement costs (equipment, first aid, nomination fees, umpires, coaches etc). If a student registers to play and then withdraws no refund will be available.
Students can collect loaned sport uniforms (if applicable) from Sports Staff prior to the commencement of matches. Loaned uniforms must be washed and returned at the completion of the season. Those that are not returned will be invoiced the replacement cost.
Under the Governing Council Policy should there be outstanding monies owed to the school, students may not be permitted to participate where there are additional costs. This is a choice activity. For further clarification please contact the Business Manager or Finance Officer. The School highly recommends that parents insure their children against the possibility of disabling injuries which are not attributable to a breach of duty of care by staff/coaches/volunteers by arranging a general accident cover for their child while attending Out of School Hours Sport during the course of the activity as this is the parent/caregiver’s responsibility.
I approve my student to participate in the registered sport(s). I agree to pay the total amount based on the sport nominated and understand that once registered to play no refund of the sports fee will be available. My student and I agree to follow the Student and Parent/Caregiver/Spectator Code of Conduct (please below).
