Terms and Conditions Waiver

• I understand and agree that I’m fully responsible for my own results, and well-being throughout the relationship, including my choices and my decisions and accept any liabilities and risk associated. I understand this agreement and all payments made are non-refundable. This is inclusive of and not limited to; changes to the dates of the sessions and change of mind. There are no refunds for Danica Linley's events or programs.
• All parties release all responsibility for consequences experienced due to life altering decisions made by the signing participant before, during or after this program. Including but not limited to relationships, finances and investments. On to the terms and conditions hereto, the participant assumes all responsibility for their own results and thus participation levels.
• Sound Healing is a complimentary therapy, and therefore can be used in conjunction with other medical, health and wellbeing treatments. If during the course of this events treatments, you experience improvement in your health / condition, please consult your appropriate medical / health practitioner before altering medications / treatment protocols.
• Practitioner Danica Linley Williams may provide recommendations that will support health and wellbeing but does not diagnose or medically treat any illness or condition. Anything said during the session/s shall not be regarded as medical advice, treatment, diagnosis or prescription.
• By purchasing this ticket I understand that this service is not recommended for those who are pregnant in the 1st trimester, those that have sound ‘reflective epilepsy’, and may cause discomfort for those with metal/implants.
• I hereby give my consent to receive treatments and I acknowledge and agree that I am doing so at my own risk. My health and safety, with respect to such services, are my sole responsibility. My decision to receive services is voluntary, and I know of, understand and assume any and all responsibilities and risks associated therewith.
• In exchange for receiving services for myself and on behalf of my heirs, executors, administrators and personal representatives, hereby waive, release, discharge and hold my Practitioner harmless from any and all liability for any and all injuries, including damages or claims relating to or resulting from my receipt of the services, now or in the future, foreseen or unforeseen.
• Danica Linley Williams of Danica Linley and all its associated services and any program, guests hereby release responsibility and liabilities in relation to guidance in the following and thus will not give specific advice pertaining to: Financial Services and Investment Advice, Specific Career and Business Advice whereby considerable risk is involved, Debt Consolidation, Medication specific to mental or physical health of any kind.
• The agreeing participant understands all intellectual property is exclusive to Danica Linley, Danica Linley Williams, and thus is not for duplication. All liabilities - public, private and legal responsibilities - are automatically released from Danica Linley, Danica Linley Williams, and any associative parties in the unlikely event of accident, illness, injury, disability or death of participants through the use of any programs within Danica Linley.
• I grant permission and consent to Danica Linley for the use of the following; photograph(s), written testimonials and/or video(s) for presentation under any legal condition, including but not limited to publicity, copyright purposes, illustration, advertising, marketing, social media and web content. I understand that there shall be no payment or royalties for use of photos/videos. I understand that with my authorisation below the photograph(s) may never be revoked. I understand these images/videos are used for marketing purposes.
• By agreeing to the terms and conditions you are agreeing for Danica Linley's use of video(s) or photo(s) content captured at the Heart-Centred Sound Healing Event.
• I understand that this service offered is not a substitute for medical care.
• By purchasing a ticket constitutes your confirmation and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions Waiver above.
