**CANCELLATION POLICY**
Cancellations, reschedules and refunds are allowed up to 48 hours before event date, Please note booking fee is non-refundable.

**Important Information**
Sound Baths are NOT suitable for
- people that are in the first trimester of pregnancy,
- with pacemakers or other implants, those suffering from serious heart conditions
- acute or serious mental health problems
- those who may suffer from sound induced epilepsy.
If you are in any doubt about you suitability to attend this session, please consult your medical practitioner for advice first.

Waiver
Personal waiver:
I understand that classes at Earthborn Yoga and Wellbeing can be physically demanding and that there is a risk of personal injury.

I agree that I participate in them at my own risk and that neither I or my heirs will sue or make any other claims against Earthborn Yoga and Wellbeing, AcuChen, its owners, its teachers or employees for any personal injury whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

I also agree that Earthborn Yoga and Wellbeing or Acuchen is not responsible for the safe keeping of my personal belongings brought into the studio.
