Ticket Sales and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, so we aim to keep our ticket policies as flexible as possible while ensuring the smooth running of our events.

1. General Refunds:
Tickets are generally non-refundable. However, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes where we can. If you need to discuss a refund, please get in touch with us at least 24 hours before the event.

2. Event Cancellations or Postponements:
In the rare case of an event being cancelled or rescheduled, we will offer refunds (minus any trybooking fees), or you’ll have the option to transfer your ticket to the new date or another event.

3. Ticket Transfers:
Can’t make it? If you let us know 24 hours before the event, we may be able to transfer your ticket to a friend or another event, subject to availability.

4. Food and Special Events:
For events that include food or special preparations, we kindly ask for at least **72 hours' notice** if you need to cancel or transfer your ticket. This helps us manage catering and other preparations effectively.

5. Sold-Out Events:
For sold-out shows, if we’re able to resell your ticket, we’ll happily offer a refund or transfer option, minus trybooking fees.

Refusal of Entry:
We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who is intoxicated, behaving inappropriately, or does not meet the entry conditions (e.g., age restrictions). Our main goal is to ensure a fun and safe event for everyone.

Conditions of Sale:
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to our terms and conditions, including any age restrictions or specific requirements for the event. Please ensure you’re familiar with the details before purchasing.

Recording and Photography:
Please be aware that events may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being part of this content. If you have concerns, feel free to let us know in advance.
