In participating in this event, I acknowledge the following on behalf of myself and others I am booking tickets for:

1. The Organiser may make suggestions from time to time that are intended to help me and my wellbeing. However, I take ultimate responsibility for my choices and realise that the Organiser is not a licensed medical provider and that I must consult my doctor or relevant health professional if necessary.
2. I am medically, physically, emotionally and in all respects fit and able to participate in the Organiser’s one-day event, which will include some basic movement and breathing exercises.
3. I will be fully and financially responsible for my own physical condition and wellbeing during the retreat and will follow the safety precautions and instructions prescribed by the Organiser.
4. I agree that the Organiser has no liability for unforeseen changes caused by circumstance or events of which we or our suppliers have no direct control and could not reasonably foresee or avoid.
5. I hereby agree that I will not make a claim against or mistreat the property of the Organiser, their affiliates, employees, or volunteers as a result of my participation in the Organiser’s retreat.
