Requirements:
1. Current full registration, or your state registration scheme including third party insurance (papers may be requested)
2. All vehicles to be roadworthy & be of tidy appearance
3. All road laws apply within the Recreation Reserve and cruise night. Log books required to be filled if applicable.

GENERAL WARNING AND LIABILITY
All entrants , Their families and bodies must conduct themselves in a civil and well-behaved manner. Unacceptable behaviour and/or unsafe driving will not be tolerated, offenders and their party will be ejected from Murray River Rod run and their entry be cancelled with no refund.

The entrant, for himself/herself, and as an agent for any accompanying children and bodies, release and discharge absolutely the promoter, the event sponsor, the Berrigan Shire Council, Tocumwal football netball club and their employees, contractors, representatives, Mild2Wild Rod and Custom committee and agents from any liability arising from any circumstances whatsoever.

ADVERTISING RELEASE
The condition of entry that the Mild2Wild Rod and Custom has express permission to use the images of cars, persons etc, for promotion and advertising.

DECLARATION
By proceeding with purchase of this entry I, understand and declare that I have read and understood all the conditions of entry and agree to except all directions and decisions made by Mild2Wild Rod and custom committee, security and volunteers during the Murray River Rod run. I declare that I have made my party including buddies family and children aware of the conditions of entry.
