Full refunds are available for tree pre-sales up until 11:59pm on the Thursday evening preceding the nominated collection date. After this time, no refund is available, except where permitted under consumer law.

Trees are for collection at Caltex Tremont Petrol Station (100 Mt Dandenong Tourist Road, Tremont VIC) or Bunnings Bayswater (183-225 Canterbury Road, Bayswater VIC) at the nominated times only. Delivery is not available.

Choice of tree is limited to the trees available on-site at the time of collection of your tree. We shall be collecting a number of trees prior to the collection date. Selection of trees thereafter is on a "first come, first served" basis.
