Cancellation Policy:
A booking in a cooking class are much like tickets to the theater. If you are unable to attend, it is best to send someone in your place. Because we purchase and prep food specifically for the students in the class, we require full payment for term classes and workshops at time of registration.

For term classes and workshops, if you cancel at least 14 days prior to the start of class or workshop your payment will be refunded. If you cancel for any reason within 14 days of the start of class/workshop your payment is forfeited unless another student takes the spot. We are not able to offer credit, transfers or refunds for last-minute illnesses or work-related conflicts, personal emergencies or events beyond our control. However, you are always welcome to send someone in your place, because we understand these things do happen.

Birthday Parties and Private Parties can be rescheduled up to 7 days in advance. Deposits for private parties and birthday parties are non-refundable.

Class may be cancelled based on low enrolment. In this case you will be contacted in advance and reimbursed.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
