1) Ticket Payment:
In order to confirm any event ticket booking, payment must be made for all tickets, including sponsorship, no later than 21 days before the event.

2) Refunds:
No refunds will be available 15 days prior to the event due to venue catering commitments and guest numbers being submitted.

3) Tickets and Seating:
You are not required to bring your ticket, however entry to the event is by "Name as entered" when purchasing your ticket, this will be the name used on table plans. Corporate tables and table bookings will be seated together as booked. Ticket bookings in smaller groups, couples or single will be placed by the event organiser. We will do our best to accommodate seating and table preferences. Guests must be over the age of 18 years.

4) Dietary Requirements: All guests must provide any special dietary requirements at the time of booking. The event organiser will not be able to accommodate any changes to dietary requirements less than 15 business days prior to the event. No special request can be accepted past this time. Serious allergies will be required to complete a declaration form as supplied by the venue.

5) Photography:
There will be a photographer at the event who will take location shots and photos of guests. As a ticket holder you agree to consent to being photographed and / or filmed at the event. As a ticket holder you consent to any photographs and /or videos of you being used by St Patrick's College for promotional purposes.

6) Contact Details:
By providing your contact details you the ticket holder /guest agree to be contacted by St Patrick's College regarding other promotions or events. You, the ticket holder/guest can request to opt-out at any time by contacting St Patrick's College via email: galaball@saintpatricks.nsw.edu.au
