Terms and Conditions  −  2024 GNSW Annual Awards

All cancellations must be made in writing to Chris Martin, Sport and Events Manager, Gymnastics NSW; E: events@gymnsw.org.au
An 85% refund on tickets will be made on any cancellations received in writing before Thursday 7th January 2025. There will be no refunds from Friday 8th January 2025.
Payment – full payment is required at the time of ticket order. The following rates apply prior to 5pm, 20th December 2024; Nominees $90, Life Members $110, Children (under 12) $110, Invited International Representatives $90, and Adults $150.
The following rates apply after 5pm on the 20th December 2024; Nominees $180, Life Members $110, Children (under 12) $130, Invited International Representatives $180, and Adults $180.
To be eligible for any early bird discount, tickets must be paid for in full on or before the advertised Early Bird Date. Bookings that are not paid in full by this date will be converted to the standard rate, and an invoice for the balance will be issued.
Only nominees are entitled to receive the special Nominee rate. Each individual nominee is entitled to purchase one ticket at the nominee ticket rate prior to the 20th December 2024. The purchase of the nominee ticket is only available for the named award nominee and is not transferable to any other person.
Clubs who receive award nominations are entitled to purchase one ticket at the special nominee rate (prior to the 20th December 2024) for each nomination the club receives. The club can nominate their representative for each award nomination.
Life members are entitled to purchase a ticket for themselves and their partner at the Life member rate of $110 per ticket.
Invited International Representatives who have not been nominated for another award are entitled to purchase one ticket at the nominee ticket rate prior to the 20th December 2024. The purchase of the nominee ticket is only available for the named international representative and is not transferable to any other person.
Incorrect award ticket categories purchased will be converted to the standard rate, and an invoice for the balance will be issued by Gymnastics NSW.
Gymnastics NSW practices the Responsible Service of Alcohol. While we encourage guests to enjoy themselves, we will not allow guests to drink to excess and place themselves and other guests at risk. Venue staff members are instructed to check IDs, not serve alcoholic beverages to guests under the age of 18 years, or to guests perceived to be close to or in a state of intoxication. All minors must be in the immediate presence of their guardian at all times.
Please be aware management will support staff who refuse service to intoxicated, underage, quarrelsome, unruly, or offensive guests. Such guests will be asked to remove themselves from the venue immediately.
Gymnastics NSW reserves the right to cancel a Ticket without giving reasons at any time by refunding the full Ticket Fee.
Gymnastics NSW reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule, or substitute presenters or artists and may vary advertised programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements, and audience capacity.
It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of Gymnastics NSW to alter the times, dates, itineraries, or speakers of the awards by notice to the Purchaser at any time. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the Awards, the maximum liability of Gymnastics NSW is limited to a refund of the Ticket Fee with no additional liability for travel costs, hotel costs, or any other costs or expenses whatsoever.
In the unlikely event of cancellation or postponement of the awards due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Gymnastics NSW including, but not limited to, acts of terrorism, war, pandemic, government restrictions, acts of God, and natural disaster, Gymnastics NSW cannot be held responsible for any cost, damage, or expense which may be incurred as a consequence of the event being postponed or cancelled.
The right of admission is reserved. Entry may be refused if the attendee has not properly RSVP’d for the event or has not made full payment for any tickets purchased.
Attendees consent to their image being captured in photographs and video of the events and that image being broadcast or transmitted in any way at the discretion of Gymnastics NSW.
Persons attend the awards at their own risk. Attendees agree not to hold Gymnastics NSW liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs, claims, or liabilities suffered or incurred by ticket holders including consequential or indirect losses or loss of profit through booking for the awards, attending the awards, cancellation of the awards, failure of the awards to achieve expectations, or for any error or omission by Gymnastics NSW. Attendees agree not to hold GNSW liable or responsible for any personal injury (i.e. physical, psychological, or emotional stress) or any loss or damage to personal property, including for the loss or damage to any equipment, personal belongings, or merchandise left on the premises prior to, during, or after the function.
By purchasing tickets to the 2024 GNSW Annual Awards you are agreeing to all Terms & Conditions listed above.
