SMOKING

Smoking throughout the event area is prohibited

There is no smoking in the food court, the children’s zone, the bar area, the seating areas, the dance areas, the boardwalk.

There is a designated smoking area, smoking outside the designated area is prohibited.

BAG CHECKS

Bag checks will be in place - prohibited items will be confiscated.

PLEASE NOTE

The event will go ahead rain, hail or shine.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

You acknowledge that you enter the Event and the Venue at your own risk.

Management reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject a patron for behaviour that is likely cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance or for failure to comply with reasonable requests.

Management reserves the right to refuse entrance to any ticket holder who appears affected by alcohol or drugs or does not comply with licensing requirements, refuses a bag search or participates in any dangerous activities.

Intoxication, aggressive or anti-social behaviour is unacceptable and will result in rejection from the venue.

Those ejected from the venue will not be re-admitted to the Event and tickets will not be refunded.

Anyone supplying alcohol to a minor will be evicted and and may face criminal charges

Patrons must adhere to local licensing laws.

Trespassers and anyone assisting trespassers will be evicted from the venue.

BYO alcohol is not permitted.
Patrons found to have brought alcohol into the Venue will be evicted from the venue.
Patrons who wish to consume alcohol must have a photo ID.
children under seventeen must be accompanied by an adult
Your online ticket will be emailed to you at the time of purchase, this is your entrance to the event, and this must be presented at the gate to gain entry. If you purchased your ticket from one of our ticket resellers the ticket must be presented at the gate to gain entry.
Online tickets incur a Trybooking booking fee plus MasterCard, and Visa fees.
Adult ticket prices are for people 18 years of age and older, and Children’s ticket prices are for people 17 years of age and under.

The promoter reserves the right to substitute the artist without notice.

By entering the event you consent to being photographed and/or filmed and/or recorded as part of the audience.
The Committee reserves the right to change the support act or line-up without prior notice.
If the Event is cancelled or rescheduled, Management will use their best endeavours to notify ticket holders via the Facebook page and media.
In the event of an emergency situation or evacuation, you must follow all official directions from the Venue Announcer, Security or Management.
