VEHICLE INSPECTION DISCLAIMER - Accepted as part of the Registration Process.

I acknowledge that:
• I am the owner of the vehicle undergoing the vehicle inspection or I have authority to present the vehicle for inspection;
• The vehicle inspection is a service being provided by the Motor Trade Association of South Australia (MTA) and a selection of automotive technicians and businesses who are members of the MTA.
• My vehicle will be inspected free of charge by automotive technicians against a set criteria of common vehicle issues, however this does not guarantee the identification of all possible faults or issues with the vehicle;
• No repairs or modifications will be performed as part of the inspection;
• At the conclusion of the inspection, I will be provided a report detailing the findings by the automotive technician. It is my responsibility to seek further mechanical advice or repairs based on the report’s findings;
• The MTA and the automotive technicians and businesses undertaking the vehicle inspection accept no liability for any undetected issues or problems that may arise with the vehicle during or after the vehicle inspection;
• I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the MTA, automotive technicians and businesses involved in the vehicle inspection, and any affiliated parties from any claims, damages, or losses arising from or related to the vehicle inspection and the subsequent use of the inspection report;

• Your personal information will be used by MTA for the purpose of conducting the vehicle inspection, generating a report, and any related communications.
• Personal information collected as part of this inspection, including your name, contact details and vehicle information, will be managed in accordance with the MTA Privacy Policy available at www.mtasant.com.au/privacy
