Rushworth Pool Party Terms & Conditions

• Time: 3:30 PM - 5:30 PM
• Ages: 10-17 years
1. Age Requirements
• Participants must be aged between 10 and 17 years old at the time of the event.
• Proof of age may be required upon entry.
2. Parental/Guardian Consent
• By registering for the event, it is assumed that participants aged under 12 have obtained parental or
guardian consent.
• Parents or caregivers are encouraged to attend with participants under 12 to ensure their safety and
enjoyment.
3. Registration
• While entry to the Rushworth Pool Party is free, participants must register in advance to secure their
spot.
• Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Spaces are limited, and no reservations will be held
without registration.
• Registration is non-transferable.
4. Code of Conduct
• Participants are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards others and event staff.
• Any form of bullying, harassment, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in
immediate removal from the event.
• Participants must always follow the instructions of event staff.
5. Health and Safety
• The event is drug, alcohol, vape, and smoke-free.
• Fully supervised by trained youth workers and qualified lifeguards.
• In case of an emergency, event staff will follow emergency contact and medical instructions provided
by the parent/guardian.
6. Liability
• The event organisers will take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of participants. However, they
are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property unless it is caused by their
negligence.
• Participants and their guardians agree to indemnify the event organisers against any claims or
liabilities arising from the participant's actions.
7. Accessibility
• Please inform the organisers of any accessibility needs at the time of registration.
8. Event Changes
• The event organisers reserve the right to change the date, location, or program of the event.
Participants will be notified as soon as possible.
9. Privacy
• Personal information provided during the registration process will be kept confidential and used only
for event-related purposes.
10. Governing Law
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria.
