person, is a responsible server of alcohol and is bound by the conditions of the Venue Liquor
License, the Liquor Industry Code of Practices and the QLD Liquor Act; It is the responsibility of
The Promoter to oversee their guests and ensure good conduct and guests’ safety. Failure to
do so may lead to boat damage and hefty fines from authorities.
Right of Refusal and Removal: SEADECK reserves the right to refuse or remove any person from the
Vessel believed to be under the influence of alcohol or any other illicit substance or for any
other reason. Smoking: Smoking is permitted in the designated smoking area only. Guests must use the
ashtrays mounted on the railings. Cigarette butts must not be thrown overboard.
The event organiser is not responsible for the weather and any adverse weather conditions.
