Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy

Enrolment Fee

At Fibres West 2025, we offer fully residential and non-residential
options.

Full residential option
Includes a 5-day workshop, ground floor single room accommodation
(shared bathrooms), all meals, morning and afternoon tea, and all other
program activities. Please note that all participants need to bring their own linen and bedding. This includes pillow + pillow slip, sheets (single size bed), blankets or doona, towel(s). The venue does NOT supply this.
Early Bird Fee (if paid in full by June 1, 2025)      $ 1,400.00
Full Fee (if NOT paid in full by June 1, 2025)        $ 1,500.00

Non-Residential option
Includes a 5-day workshop, lunch and dinner, morning and afternoon tea,
and all other program activities
Early Bird Fee (if paid in full by June 1, 2025)      $ 1,200.00
Full Fee (if NOT paid in full by June 1, 2025)        $ 1,300.00

Bazaar Table (optional, see program details)        No Charge; participants
are asked to make an in-kind donation to our Fundraiser Art Raffle @ FW25
(artwork, handmade materials, publication, etc).     

Please note: From June 1, 2025, payment of the full fee for both residential
and non-residential options is required at the time of enrolment. 
 
Payment Terms and Cancellation/Refund Policy

* All general enrolments for Fibres West 2025 will be online, via our
website (Trybooking).
* Cancellation and Refund Policy:  Major commitments must be met and to assist in the management of Fibres West 2025, the policy for refunds is as follows:
- Cancellation by a participant must be in writing; via email to info@fibreswest.com.au
- Cancellations to June 30, 2025: Refund of fees paid less $200.
- Cancellations after June 30, 2025: No refund will be paid unless the organising committee of Fibres West 2025 is able to fill your place at Fibres West with a new enrolment. If the place can be filled, a refund of fees paid less $200 will be made.
- The organisers reserve the right to cancel a workshop if the minimum
number of students is not reached by August 1, 2025. If a workshop is
cancelled, participants will be offered places in another workshop where possible, or a full refund if preferred.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
