All participants must be signed in and out by a parent or guardian. Emergency contact details must be given at drop-off.

Please tell us about any allergies, medical needs or conditions so we can support your child. You can provide this information on the booking form or by emailing community@kanyanawildlife.org.au. Animals and animal food (including nuts) are onsite. Although we try to avoid allergens we know about, participants may still come into contact with them.

Food is not provided. Please pack food, a water bottle, enclosed shoes and weather-appropriate clothing.

Participants will have the chance to get close to wildlife. We provide safety instructions and supervise to reduce the risk of injury or illness.

Program leaders are first-aid trained, and by joining the program you consent to them giving first aid if needed. Leaders may cancel or stop an animal encounter if they feel it is unsafe for the animal or participants. If a participant’s behaviour puts anyone at risk, or they need to leave for any reason, the emergency contact will be called to collect them. Unsafe behaviour will not result in a refund. In emergencies such as bushfire, leaders will follow emergency plans which may include evacuation. Adults may be required to collect participants. Refunds are not guaranteed in emergencies outside Kanyana’s control. Smoking is not allowed onsite.

Tickets are non-refundable except in extenuating circumstances. A no-show on the day shall result in the ticket being forfeit.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
